General Information

Payment

Pre-registration and pre-payment in full are required to reserve a space in any of the Adult Ed classes. To register, download and print the pdf registration form, and return with your payment. Registration is required at least (2) business days prior to the beginning of class. We accept checks. For CDA pre-registration is required accompanied by a $100 non-refundable deposit or a VSAC, Reach-up, or other voucher. The remaining tuition is due by the first night of class.

Financial Aid

Vermont Student Assistance Corporation (VSAC) offers non-degree grants for technical center courses. For more information call VSAC at 1-800-642-3177.

Senior Citizen Discount

For those aged 62 and up, there is a 10% discount.

Course Discounts for Employers

We offer a 10% discount for employers who register in one course and pay in advance with a business check for that course.

Refunds and Cancellations

Tuition refunds will be made only if you notify the Adult Education office by 4:00pm three working days prior to the beginning of class. BTC will cancel classes that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements. If this occurs, registrants will be notified and refunds will be made.

Introduction to Digital Photography
Learn photography and digital camera basics. Topics include photographic composition, using perspective, using camera modes, transferring images to the computer and basic digital editing techniques. Digital camera required.
