Vermont Student Assistance Corporation (VSAC) offers non-degree grants for technical center courses. Contact Andrea Gould at the VSAC Outreach Program, 1-800-882-4166, and ask for Outreach to make an appointment to complete the VSAC non-degree application.

Senior Citizen Discount

For those aged 62 and up, there is a 10% discount. Additional discounts may be possible on a space-available basis for classes meeting minimum enrollments. Call the Adult Education Office at 476-1487 for more information.

Course Discounts for Employers

In partnership with the VT Training Program, Department of Economic Development, we are able to offer a 50% discount to select, industry-specific employer-supported students in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, CAD,  Keyboarding, Web Design, Office Accounting, and LNA. To see if you are eligible for this discount, call the Adult Education Office at 476-1487.

In those businesses not eligible for the VT Training Program discount, we offer a 10% discount for employers who register three or more employees in one course.

Refunds and Cancellations

Tuition refunds will be made only if you notify the Adult Education Office by 4:00 p.m. three days before the class is scheduled to begin. Adult Education will cancel classes that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements. If this occurs, registrants will be notified, and refunds will be made.

Other Services for Adults

High School Diploma: The Vermont Adult Diploma Program offers high school diplomas through assessment, home study, and tutoring. Call the Adult Technical Education Office at 476-1487 for more information.
